What&#8217;s more, the results from our annual affiliate survey results proved that our affiliates are extremely happy with both our service and program features! Read on for the rest of the survey findings.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Our Service Quality is Top Reason to Join the Program. Again!<\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8706\" src=\"https:\/\/newblog.siteground.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2016\/02\/Aff-Program-reason-join-1.jpg\" alt=\"Aff-Program-reason-join\" width=\"660\" height=\"334\"><\/p>\n<p>In the 2014 edition of our survey we were thrilled to see huge majority of our affiliates were motivated to recommend SiteGround because of our service quality. 2015 results again show hosting quality reigns as the top reason to join the program. It\u2019s great news that 97% of our affiliates value our service standards and consider this the most important factor to endorse us.<\/p>\n<h3>90% and Above Satisfaction with Our Program Features<\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8694\" src=\"https:\/\/newblog.siteground.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2016\/02\/Aff-Program-feat-satisfaction.jpg\" alt=\"Aff Program-feat-satisfaction\" width=\"660\" height=\"360\"><\/p>\n<p>Back in 2014 along with the positive feedback affiliate responses also revealed areas we can improve like, stats data and promotional materials. To address that, last year we introduced quite a lot new features including affiliate link customizer, campaign tracking, detailed commission reports, promo guide, and more. Affiliates\u2019 ratings for 2015 show stellar satisfaction above 90% with all our new program features and we couldn\u2019t be happier!<\/p>\n<h3>The Majority of New Affiliates Join Based on an Existing Affiliate Recommendation<\/h3>\n<p>This one was probably the most interesting finding. The second biggest group of new affiliates joined based on a recommendation from an existing affiliate and this channel has the highest growth compared to the other ones. In addition, there is an increase in the percentage of affiliates who identify themselves as professional affiliate marketers.
